Anyway, my mother always have had a certain fear when needing to cross a railroad. Although its hard to imagine this, she's terrified when we get near a crossing. We've talked alot about it, and she knows that I'm gifted. She once asked me if I could sense her fear.

I didn't recall being able to do so, but the next time, I started to look for it. I actually felt her being terrified. I have always felt this, but never knew that it was from her. It became clear that it was only there when she was with me. If I'm alone, I don't feel it at all. With her near me, I can feel it inside me.

That must have been strange at first.
I thinnk this article will give others a good example of what HSP can be like.
I've always felt these things(feelings/moods). But besides feeling it also affects me. As if they are my own feelings. So probably your lucky you have the gift to heal. As you explained in you article you have a natural way to regulate and shield yourself from energies. That's an ability which is very usefull for HSP's.

Well, actually, I always have had this feeling at this moment where we were together at such situation, but I ignored it. Its not my fear so I can deal with it, even though I feel it. Not really shielding I guess, just ignoring it.

This reminds me, that when a person feels bad who is around me i feel sad too because that person aint happy and i always try to cheer them up in anyway i can, its like i get depressed with them or just get worried about them and they always wounder why i become like that but i cant help it, i care for people alot even life in generall like if i see a bird on the sidewalk i rather go beside it then scare it off.

I have the same when 2 people have an argument I always hate arguments for that matter

I know what you mean, awfull those negative energies in arguments.
About the bird, i'm the same I rather admire their beauty then harm them. I see no reason to harm people and other living things.

I actually wouldn't go round for birds. I learned that if you ignore them, they won't see you as a threath and won't be bothered, unless you need to cross their path. True, I won't do that unless its necessary.
