Just so there is more content here, I'd like to share that I can heal people.

I started when I was young doing simple magnetising. I didn't really knew what I was doing, but appearantly I was giving positive charged energy.

Since it only added positive charged energy, it did make that place become warm, and the heat did helped in healing, but I didn't really take negative charged energy which is what you should do too. I didn't know that then.

Anyway, thats how I started. At a certain moment in my life, a friend of mine told my mother that he was a chakra master, and asked my mother if she was willing to learn it too. She told me, and as I was interested in it aswell. I'm now a chakra master, and am able to heal people.

I took this a step further though... I tried to see if I could connect with other people on distance and apply my chakra threatment on them. There are a few occasions where I succeeded, and was able to help people like that.

Im a HSP (highly sensitive person) and although it has its charms i'm not very good in keeping the negative energies out.
I've read a few books about it and i've already tried several methods to shield myself. But maybe you have some ideas on how i can do this.
I also think my chakra's are really messed up, i mean not balanced. Any suggestions?

Hmm... This is a tough question actually. I close myself as a defense actually, which means that it goes automatically, and I'm not so sure an unbalanced chakra can change this.

However, I can help you balance your chakra's. I mean, thats what I learned

I think that a good beginning is to determine what you want and what you don't want. Don't forget that your will is stronger than anything else, but you must be willing to will in all cases. Wanting something but still being a bit curious is not true willing. Willing is wanting something at all costs. If you really don't want to have that negative energy, you should be able to automatically close yourself. But its possible that you'll close entirelly not just for negative energy.

I know that "Willing" feeling, it is what brought me to what im capable of today

I agree will has great powers. And that might be a part of my problem. Because my sensitivity is also a thing i use in a positive way it's hard to find the boundary between just feeling and absorbing energies. I often feel drained by certain situations. Like in a busy street, sometimes i can shield myself but mostly i'm hypersensitive to other people. It's difficult to explain but it feels like im open to everyone and i'm going loco through all these energies i feel. Does this make any sense to you?

But what i want is to use my ability in a way that it doesn't harm me. I know that might be a long way and maybe a part of a learningprocess.

It does make sense to me I don't have this problem. I know that I can be HSP too, but by something that happened in the past (I don't really know what happened, but I do know that it happened) I closed myself to shield from anyone. I am slowly opening myself, bit by bit, but its hard for me. So I can't really imagine how you would have to do the opposite thing, and on the other hand, I can

For me i use the power of will power also known as EGO to establish absolute conviction in the self. While at the same time not fearing no self. its called equipolence, equivalent yet opposite and mutually dependent. Think yin yang symbol. Then root the feet, imagine roots growing into the earth. From there move up the chakras until you get to the top. Then seal with golden shield.

Make sure physical stuff is taken care of drink lots o water. Eat well. And go to chiropractic if you get stuck on a chakra.
