I was doing work in the kitchen when I saw something in my eyes. I was thinking about my guide at that moment, on how I would approach a meeting and stuff like that, and I think I saw him in my corners.

I got scared by its sudden appearance and it was gone directly after it...

Creapy! I wouldn't like to see that! I think I would freak out!

Actually I'm sure you won't... True, the first time you'll get scared because its something you don't expect, but its not a bad thing.

Remember, they'll only contact you if you are ready for it. You are more powerfull then they are, and for that reason, they don't even dare to show themselves unless they're sure it will benefit both of you.

Yeah, although I have to admit, that I'm still a bit scared about it... I know, its a good thing, but I'm not that much prepared for unexpected things. Am going to do things slowly

I know what you mean (i think). ì� don't feel really afraid but i'm not really in for sudden surprises. Because of my nerves. ì� feel aware of other beings and i often see and feel things around me. Only then their more like parts/lights and don't really look as a person.
What did your appearance look like, can you describe it?

Well, it was a brief moment, so I have to rely on my photographic memory (although its not really developed)

What I see when I try to recall that image, is like an animated gif that shows me that picture for like .01 second, then is gone until I retry to recall it. Really hard to get a clear vision.

It was white. Thats for sure. It looked like an old man with white clothes and a white hat, but I'm not certain. It was white. That I do know, and the body was made of light. with lines to accentuate the legs and so. Only the head seemed to be more materialised...

Wow that would be quite spooky, standing there in the corner.
But i think that was a good description considering you only could see it in a flash.
As far as i can remember i never saw something like that.
